1 year update: Buccos installed my new roof and gutters a year ago and I can't be more pleased. No issues and it still looks great. The communication with this team was fantastic. They even take pictures during the install so you can see exactly what is going on every step of the way. They were all great from start to finish. I would highly recommend Buccos for all your roofing needs.

From the start to the finish of our project we received nothing but the utmost respect, professionalism, and compassion. Daniel our sales rep was very professional, accommodating, and responsive without being pushy which is my biggest pet peeve with salesmen. Once we decided to go with Buccos, our project manager Brian was also phenomenal and very transparent about the process. He was extremely professional and accommodating. I like that the project manager was the one to schedule the tentative date (weather pending) and was also onsite the whole time. He had to leave the site to get materials and called me to inform me he would be right back. When I called while they were working and had questions, he was easily accessible and pleasant. Here is the kicker that I love love love!!! They use the most up-to-date technology and this helps with transparency for the customer. While word of mouth is great, I appreciate being shown images of my roof. They use drones to take images during the evaluation, during the project, and also once the project is completed. There was not a time, that I did not know what was going on while up on my roof. I could see it in real-time on my phone and Brian was keeping my profile updated with pictures so I could see it. This is a technology that everyone should use. We did get other estimates and Buccos’ professionalism and process beat many of them out of the water. They were not my cheapest estimate. But I would choose good customer service and professionalism every time. We were not graced with that from some of the cheaper roofing companies. Now with that being said, their price was reasonable and I was happy with the estimate they provided. They were right in the middle when comparing all of the estimates we got. We recently had our project completed and I hope we do not have to use them for any warranty issues. However, if we do, I will be sure to come back and update my rating and review if necessary. We are happy with our choice!

Bucco's was great and efficient throughout the process of getting our roof replaced.

Ed, our sales contact, was very personable and able to explain the products they used in an easy-to-understand manner. The turnaround time for scheduling the job was very quick.

Manny, our project manager, provided frequent communication and updates to let us know projected dates for the job. Manny and his crew were very professional and were able to complete the work quickly while still maintaining a high standard of quality (seriously the new roof looks great!) We were also provided with a link where photos of the progress on our roof were sent so we could view while being away from the property.

Overall, the entire process was easy and quick without feeling rushed or forgotten. I would recommend Bucco's for roofing needs.

After 23 years our roof needed replacement.  We called several companies to give us estimates for the work.  The estimate from Buccos was the most complete and comprehensive of the ones that we received.  They listened to what we needed (items beyond a roof replacement) and the proposal covered everything.

Once we signed the contract the excellent service continued.  We were kept informed as to the status of starting the project and there were several times they could have started earlier if our schedule has allowed.  Once we got started David provided great service as the project manager.  He came out every day to talk about the project and kept us informed of the progress.  The team had a couple of recommendations once they started the work and we approved all the changes as they were going to improve the look of the house.

The team that did the work was efficient and the results look great. After the team was done, we saw the various details that Buccos added that were not on our roof previously.  We had the roof and gutters replaced and overall it was a great experience working with Buccos.

My house is a larger ranch style home so my roofing job was about twice the size of a typical home. The crew that performed the work completed the job in three days. They did excellent work and took all the necessary precautions to protect my house and landscaping from damage. The manager that was assigned for my house provided me daily updates that included pictures of their progress. I received quality work with attention to detail and great customer service…I would highly recommend Buccos if you’re looking for a roofing contractor.
