  Brinkmann replaced my roof. Very professional. Great communication throughout the process. The crew was courteous. They did a great job of cleaning up when done. They came to me highly recommended by someone I trust -- and I can now add my own recommendation from personal experience.

  Communication, especially regarding expectations was top notch. Chris was easy to talk to, and laid out all of the information I needed. When the materials were dropped off, the driver took inventory and photos, and made sure to answer any questions I had. We had rain on our scheduled installation date, and I got an email letting me know that the crew would be out the very next day to do the job - and they were. I think they showed up at around 7am! I could not believe the mess they made, but let me tell you - they did an impressive job at cleaning it all up when they were done. They swept our yard for nails and debris at least three times that I saw. And most importantly the new roof looks wonderful. I need to give everything a critical inspection now that its sunny again, but so far this has been a great experience overall. *Update* I wrote my payment check for too much, and the supervisor Victor was amazing enough to let me know, come back by the house, and let me write a new check in the correct amount. Outstanding service!!

  Brinkmann came out at my request and replaced ~40' of fascia on a gable. Job was done quickly, on time, and looks good, including the painting and cleanup. No issues at all. I probably would have replaced the fascia myself, except that the roof on the house is so pretty (Brinkmann did that, too) that I didn't want to do anything to disturb it!
