  Alpha Elite Roofing came out to give us an estimate on our townhome roof repair. We tried 8 times over the course of 5 weeks to have someone call us back and get on the schedule to actually perform the repair. We were told each time that someone would call us back later in the day, and the calls were never returned. Pretty disappointed as they were recommended highly by a friend. They were professional, operated the drone safely, and the estimate was reasonable, hence 2 stars. Wish we could have gotten them to come out.

  Very professional and fast response. AAron replied pretty fast and came to my home to inspect my roof that needs immediate attention. He was very friendly and respectful and helped me get my insurance claim approved for a new roof. I'm excited to do business with you all and am very impressed with the great service I have received so far. Happy I found a dependable Roofing company and recommend anyone to call if you need repairs like me. Definitely gave me the peace of mind I need to get the job done in a timely manner.

  Alpha Elite and Andrew have been amazing. He walked us through the inspection and dealing with insurance and helped us make this easy and quick. Our home looks so much nicer with the new roof. They were quick, professional, and so very nice. I can't imagine having anyone else do our roof for us. Communicating with him was quick and easy and he explained everything so well and answered our questions quickly. If we ever need roofing work done again, we will come back and I recommend them to everyone.
