  We needed to get our roof replaced. I contacted several companies to get quotes scheduled. 4 of them didn’t even come out, they just used Google Earth to do the quotes. The prices were all over the place. We had been recommended to use 3 companies, which bone Dry Roofing was one of them. They came out, not only went up on the roof, but into the attic and then built the quote. They were not the cheapest on initial quote, but laid out what was needed and how they will only do it he right way. They explained about putting on new layer of boards because spacing with our current roof boarding. The showed me pictures and made things easy to understand. I waited for the final 2 quotes to come in. None of the vendors had quoted using new base boards, and the shingle prices were all over the place. One of the other companies said that they would do it 80% of the insurance money if we paid up front. Another said that if they need to replace boards, it was free but they would charge about 90 bucks an hour to do it. Bone Dry Roofing was honest and open about the process, they also explained that they would work with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. Scheduling was easy, we needed time to get our solar panels removed and when it came time to be done, they started around 7:30ish and was completed by 5:30pm the same day. They ended up removing 3+ layers of old shingles, and cleaned up beautifully. The new roof looks great and improved the look of the home. We also had them install new gutters that were damaged from the wind and previous install. They did it fast and even put gutter brushes I purchased in for me. They were professional and courteous. I have recommended them to several friends that need roof or gutters done. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

  Dry Bone Roofing has been fantastic since the first phone call. The weather was going to be bad the day that my roof was supposed to be put on, so they did it the day before. The roof looks great, they protected windows and plants while ripping off the old roof, addressed a small area of rotting wood and gutter issue without changing the estimate and left the area clean and completely picked up. Oh, and, before we had selected them to put the new roof on, they were the only company that went up on the roof to seal the leaks. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

  My first time replacing a roof could not have gone better. After getting estimates from several companies, Bone Dry stood out above all the rest. Their staff were extremely attentive and professional throughout the entire process. Especially Steve Klosinski, who first came to the house to perform an inspection. He even took video from the roof! I was also impressed by the centralized management of text communications. Multiple staff would text me on the same messaging chain and give me updates on orders, materials, work progress, etc. Quite pleased with the final result - the new roof looks amazing!
