  I have 2 rental properties that had active leaks. Martinez Roofing was the best price found, with no additional mark ups typical of other companies. They were polite, explained needed repairs, and got both roofs done within a week. Both were complete tear offs, and included the 2 car detached garages. I will use them whenever I need a roof, and am already recommending them to friends. A neighbor will call monday about a roof on a home of his.
