  In the last 3-4 years there were numerous houses in my neighborhood that were getting their roofs replaced. We would get door to door storm chasing salesman asking if they could look at my roof. I’d ask where they were from and that would be the end of my conversation with them. I noticed that my neighborhoods Facebook page kept talking about Blue Rain Roofing . The last storm we had tore shingles off of my roof so I called Shannon Webb. This was the contact name off of the Facebook page. Shannon came out the next day and we discussed all my options. His team looked at the roof and said I had enough damage where I needed a new roof… my insurance co ( at that time ) sent a claims adjuster that was a 3rd party picture taker. They tried to settle with me for $1200…. This is where Shannon’s expertise came to the rescue. He explained to me what was going on and then told me to ask for a 2nd inspection. This way both parties could inspect the roof at the same time. I’m not going to get into a name dropping soapbox but folks if you have had to deal with insurance co that don’t want to pay you then you need someone on your side….after the second inspection it was deemed I needed a new roof and gutters. Shannon fought for me and his crew did a professional job. They were fast and experienced roofers. They cleaned after themselves and were very polite. After this back and forth game with my insurance I asked Shannon if this was a common thing he dealt with and he said some are worse then others. He then referred me to a insurance broker who save me over 1100 a year in homeowners escrow. They also beat my auto by 600 a year with my 16 yr old son just getting his license….. because I live in a neighborhood with an HOA, there are forms and documents that needed to be filled out, submitted and then approved. He had everything in order that I needed and my request was approved in 1 day from the HOA. If I ever need another roof or roof inspection I will defiantly call him again… I normally don’t spend this much time on a review but when you find a company that has done you a fantastic job you want other people to know!   Update 12/01/21: After some damaging storms, my roof ended up needing to be replaced. I contacted Blue Rain again and, once again, they were quick, friendly, gave a fair and decent quote, and the work was completed timely and without any hassle. After now using their services twice, I feel more than confident in recommending them to anyone needing help with their roof. Initial review- 08/03/21: Had a few leaks in the roof of a home I had recently purchased. I received a few estimates and went with Blue Rain based on the reviews I had seen online and the estimate they had given me. Service was prompt, professional, and friendly, and there were no hidden upcharges or pressure to do more than the work I needed to have done. I will definitely be using them in the future.

  Shannon came out met with our insurance adjuster to help point out the hail damage to our roof. He pointed out the multiple areas where hail hits could be seen. Due to the age of our roof, the hits were not as obvious as would be on a newer roof, so the adjuster would not approve a claim. Shannon provided us with a detailed estimate and thoroughly answered all questions we had. He was honest with what needed to be done and did not pressure us to sign on the spot. We had a couple other estimates and made the choice to have Blue Rain replace our roof. The crew arrived when promised and quickly completed our job and left the job site clean. Will definitely would hire again.
