  Jay was on time and inspected my 20 yr old roof. I know Allstate will not cover a new one so I am prepared to pay cash. He sat down and went over his findings. I asked about options and pricing and he said I would need to schedule another appointment for that. What? I took off work, you're at my house now and you want me to set up another time? He went onto say that once I get quotes from other companies he would need to tell me why his product is better. On my time? No sir. Give me what you got or leave. He left and I don't use companies that waste my time with sales tactic BS!

  Hi Dara - So sorry you were expecting a roof estimate on the spot. Since you initially scheduled a storm inspection, that is the type of appointment we booked. After our no-charge roof and attic inspection didn't reveal any storm damage, there simply was no time for a secondary appointment on the spot. Our field reps schedules are very tight, and we pride ourselves on being on time for all our appointments, not just yours. We wish you the best on your search for a roofing contractor.

  Great experience working with Jay and the team. Great communication. Did not try to upsell or over sell me on anything. Felt like they were looking out for the best interest of our house and our wallet. Great to work with. The day of the install went quicker than expected. Overall these guys were great. If you have any question about your roof at all, give these guys a call

  No surprises. I got bids from half a dozen companies to do a full tear off and replacement. Jay and Blue Fox were by far the most detailed in their explanation of what should be done, why it was necessary, and what the cost would be. He took the time to educate me, answer all my questions, and then followed through. Price wise there wasn’t a lot of difference between the companies I spoke with. The attention to detail is why I went with Blue Fox and I was not disappointed. I did run into a few bumps with a gutter subcontractor they used, but they stayed on top of that as well. I would definitely recommend Blue Fox to anyone needing a roof replacement.
