  STAY AWAY! I went with Netzley because he was the cheapest quote that I received. Lesson learned- you get what you pay for. I should have known, because from the beginning the customer service was terrible. I asked for a quote, and rather than schedule a meeting to go over things he just dropped a catalog in my mailbox and mailed me an estimate. They were supposed to call me the morning they would be coming to do the work, but never called. I came home from work that day and they were already gone. Bill and I had talked previously about a leak in one spot that needed to be repaired, but I would have clarified if they would have called me. Come to find out they didn't replace any sheeting or fix the leak- it is now leaking worse than it was before. I've been calling them the last few months to clarify what my warranty covers, but after leaving several voice mails and messages with employees without receiving a call back, I don't know what else to do. Do yourself a favor and pay a couple hundred more and go to an actually reputable company.

  Netzley Roofing has never disappointed with customer service, workmanship, materials. Have referred them numerous times and used them for my new construction in 2000. Family owned business with good reputation. Happy Customer.

  Called for a quote. Failed to show a couple of times even after calling to say they were on their way. I waited around for a no show and no calls. I would stay away if their customer service is like this just to get a quote. I can only imagine the work product.
