  Joe Bertolini did a roof job for my Mom and it was a complete disaster. A day before the job he told her the shingles she originally chose weren’t available and offered a lesser quality. When my mom questioned this, he got very defensive and literally started yelling at her. Unfortunately, it only got worse from there. The next day a crew showed up to do the job and couldn’t even communicate with my mom. They were there all day and left as it was getting dark, and that was it. No follow up with Joe… he didn’t even stop by to check on things or see the final job. They left thousands of nails all over the stone driveway. The next day my moms Carpenter went up to check it out and noticed that they put nails throughout the shingles and there were huge gaps around the entire chimney. My mom called to ask him about it because she was concerned and again, he flipped out, told her that the Carpenter needed to ‘mind his own business’. He came over to look and without even telling my mom he was there “filled in” the gaps with caulk to help with leaking? It’s a huge problem because now with the old shingles off and the new shingles not on properly, there will be leaking all winter and my mom now has to hire another company to completely re-do his job. Joe went MIA at this point and hasn’t returned any calls. He is sneaky and has a huge attitude problem.

  Responded when called & showed up on time for an estimate. On the day the job was going to be done, he and his crew showed up early and on time. They competed the job in 1 day and cleaned up & left our property as clean as they found it.

  Very Happy with Bertolini Roofing,. I called for an estimate and he responded fairly quickly & showed up when he said he would. He and his crew showed up early and on time and completed the job in 1 12 hour day. They cleaned up our whole property and left it as they fou d it. I Highly recommend Bertolini Roofing 👍
