  We recently had our roof done by Johnny Belmarez, and he was great to work with. He was very kind and patient with us as we contemplated the many choices that go with getting your roof redone, and made the whole process easier and stress-free; Thankfully. He made great suggestions, and explained things so we were better informed, and able to make the best choices for our family and our home. He also worked very well with the company we needed to hire for our solar panels, and coordinated times so that both jobs were completed in a timely manner. When we had complications arise, Johnny took the time to explain the situation to us, and once we worked out the details his crew worked right through the issues to correct and complete the job right on schedule. Overall, it was very refreshing to find good honest reliable people at Belmarez Roofing. We were blessed to have someone refer us to Johnny, and I am happy to recommend him and his crew and say they did a great job.

  Had Belmarez Roofing replace my roof 6 months ago, and I am so happy and grateful! Johnny is such a pleasure to work with, communicated well about everything and followed through flawlessly on the project. Treated me like family too. I had a delay in getting the work done for some emergencies that happened, he was patient, and was more than glad to help me when I got back to it. My roof looks incredible and is top notch, not one issue since it was replaced. They also replaced the gutters on the front of my house and I have not had a problem with them since either. Thank you for the excellent work... my home is that much safer and more attractive!
