Very unprofessional woman answered the phone when I called in for a quote last week. This week I sent my client and they said when they got there an older female there greeted them very rude and when my client asked for information on a few products and a quote she shook her head and said she was not sure if any were in stock and that she was too busy to write down a simple 3 item list. I would not have that woman as a greeter nor anywhere near the front handling customers at all what so ever. Will not be sending anymore clients there until there is a customer service change with a new person in front...

Called for a quote on November 22 and was told I would have it by the end of the day. Called again on 11/24 was told person I spoke to was out sick so I resent everything in hopes of getting a quote. Called again on 11/30 and resent material list was told I would have quote by end of day. Called again on 12/2 was told I would have it by end of business. 12/6 got a call from Jessie giving me the quote over the phone. Same day my wife went to pick out color and pay for materials and believe it or not the price increases by over $2000.00. Two men in the office one by the name of Jessie who now says he really doesn’t know the business and the other name unknown said he doesn’t normally work in that office but he was the one who reworked the quote just before my wife went to pay. When she questioned the difference he blamed it on the poor secretary who has been out sick since my initial call on 11/22. I am a big believer in shopping local. Lost the faith in this one Pueblo.

Don't know who they have behind the counter but shes the rudest person. Called for a quote and a secretary or office clerk answered as if I was bothering her and I usually get my materials here.. Took my business elsewhere. Terrible service. Calling corporate
