  Would love to leave a 5 star review, but I never heard back. After a scheduled site visit at my house, I was assured they would look into local permit laws and then provide me with a quote. It has been around 4 weeks since our visit, and I have not received a quote or information on any permits. Thank you for a response. I would have appreciated knowing that long ago.

  Shelly I'm sorry we have not been able to reconnect. We had to check with zoning and building department to see what is allowed. At the time because of Covid restrictions all contact was through email. Here is what I found out. You are zoned an R-2 which means you must maintain a minimum 25' front yard. That means the modifications you were hoping for would not be allowed by zoning. We also looked into the neighbor you were trying to mimic and it looks like they did not pull a permit for their modifications. Therefore, unfortunately it's something we can't do.   Contractor Jason Alarid was recommended through a relative. He did not disappoint. Jason was honest with regard to the work and cost of my projects. He brought in multiple workers to take care of every aspect of the job. These workers were professional, courteous, informative, and followed my Covid guidelines. They did outstanding work. Jason appeared onsite to give assistance and check progress. Emails and text responses were returned in a timely manner. I am grateful for the extra attention Jason gave to my special needs and circumstances. Truly a contractor you want working for you.
