I love this place the lady that owns this place is a lovely store owner she has been a round for as long as I remember when I was a kid and now my kids Go to her store and paint things and walk her dog even lol so amazing how things stay the same we love our down to earth stores like this one ....

I called in at 3 45 and asked if they have a certain product in stock, yes they do, OK I will be there for it in 6 minutes, oh well we close in 3... Well can you take my credit card information and set it outside ? Oh we will need your card for that so no you will have to wait till tomorrow. I am a licensed contractor just trying to finish up a job, I have done business with them different times but I will go to their competition now, I am disappointed with the salesman I talked to and would say he was extremely rude and way too incompetent to be in that position.

This isn't my first bad experience. I order some siding, should have been an 8 minute event. Wrong, it took the guy 45 minutes. Now, I just learned my order isn't coming in on time, nor is the order even right. I order 3 bundles of siding and now I'm only getting 1. Time is money, now I need to wait a week! Never again. I'm ordering from Kohl's from hear on out.
