  Bay Area Roofers were outstanding professionals and completely over hauled our 1979 home with a new front porch, roof, hardy siding, paint, new garage door (not shown in after pic) and gutters in August 2021. We are incredibly happy with their professional and friendly crews who answered all our questions and were very willing to discuss details throughout the process. Their attention to every detail is what stuck out the most to us on how we liked finishing touches. This was the 2nd time we used their service in the past 6 years with the first use being a new back porch and patio concrete addition and also new windows and doors for the entire house. They continue to be an outstanding and affordable community company with a stellar reputation that they care to maintain! 5 Stars to them! I included the before and after pictures below.

  Bay Area Roofers did an outstanding job on my patio cover. They handled all the permitting, construction, electrical, and painting, and I didn’t have to deal with any issues throughout the entire process. I had a few last minute changes that they handled perfectly. Highly recommend this company for any patio cover installations.

  I had Bay Area Roofers install my patio after a wonderful experience with them on my roofing job. The entire process was easy and handled very well. They did all the city permits all I had to do was my HOA approval. They finished on time as promised and did quality work. The most IMPORTANT thing is I didn't pay a dime until they finished and we did a final walk through. That is rare these days.
