  I have a vacation house located up the canyon outside of La Luz. In October of 2019, I came home to find the ceiling collapsed in the living room due to hail storm in April of 2019 that showed no evidence of leaking or damage at the time of the hail storm. Every contractor I called had a waiting list 6 months to 1 year out for a new roof and could not fit in any emergency repairs. Finally, I was referred to Bass Brothers Roofing and they came out the next day to assess the situation. The day after that I have a temporary roof repair, that lasted through the snow in the winter and up until the time I got a new roof. There was extensive damage to the interior that they could not repair until a new roof was on. The owner met with State inspector's, due to insurance company not wanting to pay for interior work, even though the roof was covered due to hail damage; and he did everything possible to get the entire scope of work complete and paid by the insurance company. Anyone who has State Farm Insurance buyer beware! All said and done, this company did a great job, not only with the roof but with the interior as well! They are a full service construction company, not just a roofing company, and is taking care of the damage to my back deck, bridge, and front porch. I highly recommend them to complete the work, as agreed, in a straight forward honest manner and to ensure that you are compliant with all new codes, regulations and inspections.

  Bass Brothers Roofing, LLC is the best roofing company! Everyone is extremely nice and hard working. They were at my house from sun up to sun down! They finished in less than a week!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for a roofing company. You can’t do better than them!!

  Bass Bros. did outstanding and thorough work on a total roof shingle replacement. Price, materials, options and time frame were discussed before work began. There were no surprises or sales pressure. Follow-up calls were made to ensure all was ok. There were no leaks or lost shingles after several severe wind and rain storms. The workers were courteous and professional and cooperation between contractor and insurance company was flawless. I highly recommend Bass Bros. for all your roofing needs.
