  Super friendly and prompt. They worked on our roof when we purchased our home and when we went to sell it. I’d recommend them. They were always available or called back the same day and were very thorough with explanations and my questions.

  Been waiting since February 2019 to get put on the work order schedule for some drywall work to be done. As of 27 Dec 2019 still no estimated work date from the manager or workers. Very disappointed.

  Ms Kaen is accurate about the amount of time we have been in discussions to do a drywall repair for her, almost a year (20+ emails & many phone calls). Over the past year we have not had an employee qualified to do drywall repairs on our payroll. We have tried find an employee qualified or that we could train to do drywall repairs without any success. We have had two people we thought were going to work out, but they did not. The crew we have are roofers and framers. They are very good roofers, but none are qualified to do drywall. We are still in communications with Ms Kaen and will do everything we can to get the repairs done for her short of sending an unqualified employee to do the work.
