Just had our roof done by B2N. It's hard to talk down about their subcontractors, because they worked their butts OFF! Did everything they were supposed to. Roof looks good.. In general, pleased with the sub work.
But as far as B2N goes.. we were told 2-3 weeks..ended up being about 6. Rescheduled on 2-3 times.
Not sure if there was even a B2N rep at our house while the work was being done.
EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION.
No time frames in which we were given were ever honored.
"Be here THIS day.. pick up the trailer blocking your garage at THIS time".... never happened.

Company Rep was cordial, explained contract well, the work crew was fast and did a good good in a short amount of time. Well done!

I was very impressed with the customer service and the very professional roof installation!! At 57 years old I have dealt with many roofing companies but never have I been treated with the courtesy and respect I received from B2N they dealt with ever aspect working with my insurance to insure I received the maximum benefits that in turn made sure I received the best roof money could buy at minimal out of pocket cost to me !! I would highly recommend B2N to anyone who needs roofing repairs or replacement!! Once again thank you B2N !!

A large maple tree dropped a limb on my roof this past summer and punctured it. I hired B2N myself after USAA told me they did not have an adjuster for me locally (too rural, I guess haha) and I am very happy that I did.

Anthony and his crew inspected my roof and found previous hail damage that I had not known about and were able to work with USAA in getting my entire roof replaced. Under normal circumstances this job would be stressful for me, but even with a pandemic raging and affecting supply-chains for parts we needed (to say nothing of people getting sick), Anthony and B2N were professional at all times, kept me informed of their progress in getting me exactly the color materials and style I asked for, and respected the rules regarding covid-19 mitigations.

This bears repeating because the truth matters: B2N was able to complete my roof replacement to my satisfaction largely because they respect science, and by taking care of themselves by following mitigation protocols they were able to keep themselves healthy enough to do the job as well as not putting myself and my family at risk when they were on my property.

Professionalism, competence, and being able to adapt to changing and unusual circumstance are qualities that one wants out of any kind of business not just a construction company. I hope to never have another tree limb fall on my house, but if I do I know I'm calling B2N.

I really appreciated the thoughtful professional Steps B2N took with my roofing job. We weren’t so lucky on our last roof with another company.
They did the job with care and even sent in Steve Sr and cousin Caleb to finish up some extra soffit work I needed done after the roofing was done. We love the outcome.

The team of Tracy and Melissa came to the home and checked for hail damage that was a couple of days ago.  We have done business with them. Friendly staff and the roof is still quality after 5 years. The team inspected the roof. They said all was great! Thanks for coming to inspect it. They make a great team!

Great work. They triple checked to make sure everything was done right. Then checked to make sure I was happy. Professional and friendly. Two thumbs up.

I contacted them for a quote, they came out when they said they would.  I followed up with them and they said the quote takes 24-48 hours, 2 weeks later still no quote. I sent a follow up email and never heard anything.  Needless to say I found another roofer.

Amazing staff helped me get a new roof and covered by insurance when I expected to have to pay all out of pocket.  They helped with the entire process and made it stress-free and easy.  Have recommended and will continue to recommend to everyone!

B2N did great work replacing my roof and gutters.  The job was completed quickly but thoroughly and they maintained consistent and professional communication throughout the process.
