  I used B&D roofing to replace the roof on my condo. They did an excellent job. They were responsive, on time and the price they quoted me was what I paid (there were no unexpected costs). One of the owners sat down with me and walked me through the contract, explaining in detail what they were going to do, what issues might incur additional costs and if that did happen what the cost would be. The work crew was great. They showed up at 7am and didn't quit until the job was done. They finished in one day which is what they promised. They kept in contact with me before, during and after the job was complete to let me know what was going on and address any questions or concerns I might have. The owner even came out the day after the roof was replaced just to take another look to make sure the job looked good and took the time to pick up any extra debris they missed (which wasn't much). I definitely recommend this business if you are looking to replace your roof.

  I'm a big fan. Knocked out the job in 2 days! Bill (the owner) was on-site the entire time. Donna did a great job communicating and setting expectations.
