  trying to get a hold of them since June for a roof repair with no response. every time they say we will get back to you in 24 hours and they are just one mile away to our Property

  Kumar, We came out on June 24, 2021 and found that you had an improperly installed EPDM recover. That roof system would have been installed somewhere between May 2018 and June 2021 because in May 2018 we had quoted a new roofing system. The EPDM system that was installed by others has multiple issues and was not installed to any manufacturer specifications. This system can not be repaired and you need to contact whoever installed the faulty system. Legal action may be required; however, due to the improper nature of this system there are no repairs that we can provide to alleviate your leaks. The only option we can provide you is a complete tear off and roof replacement to manufacturer specifications.

  I had a new roof, siding and gutters installed. I chose a custom color for the siding and gutters and all of the metal was bent onsite. I was very impressed by the quality of their work. Each day my lawn was thoroughly cleaned for debris. The project came out beautifully and I would highly recommend them.

  I hired A & Z for a commercial job. Being from Erie, PA, I had no idea what roofers were available around Allen Park, MI. I found them via Google, as well as a few other vendors, but A & Z's bid came in the lowest. Not only that, but the staff was friendly and attentive during the process. After we hired them and they completed the job, Megan in the office made the invoicing process easy for me. Fast forward about two months, we had an issue at the same site (not a roof issue, a siding issue not related to the roof), and when I called Megan in the office, she remembered me by name and remembered the property address. Dean kept me updated on the status of the repairs. A & Z Roofing is friendly and competitive in pricing. Can't get much better than that!
