  I used this company a few years ago for vinyl repair after someone broke a few pieces with their car in the front of my house. Dealing with this company was a nightmare. They didn’t properly do the work then requested payment. After inspection I pointed out big issues of cover ups vs replacement which wasn’t the agreement, a completely different t color than my house, and they told me they were going to come back and do that after I paid. They were supposed to remove broken pieces and replace with new pieces. I explained I’ll pay once the job is done properly. So they came out a second time. Replaced the broken pieces vs putting putty in the broken cracks. I called back and complained again about the color. They explained it was bleaching from the sun and that’s why there was a color difference however my house was many shades darker than what they used. It looked awful and it was on the front of my house. After a hell of a experience hearing a million excuses I told them if they couldn’t do a professional job and match my vinyl better to come take it off and I’ll find someone else who can complete the job right. They decided to “fix it”. They came out a third time, then called me at work and said all had been completed. I went home, did inspection to area they worked on. There were two very small cracks they missed but with the headache I didn’t care and didn’t say anything. The job was finally satisfactory, I called them immediately and paid for their services. A few months later, I was in my back yard and to my shock and surprise the siding I told them to come back and get was on the back of my house! They stole the vinyl off the back of my house without telling me and without my permission, put it on the front, and added their ugly very different vinyl on the back. People are shocked when they see it back there. It’s been about 3 years since then and every time I see it, it pisses me off. Enough, to write this years later! I would never use them again nor would I recommend them. Aweful, unprofessional, and lack of integrity and pride.

  The vinyl products used by AWT are defective and will need to be replaced at the homeowners cost down the road. Beware!
