  Spoke with terry multiple times about window replacement, called back chasing an estimate, two weeks later got the estimate. Call back to confirm work even though I was worried about quality of job completion time since it took two weeks to get a rough estimate. Was told it would be the following week as they were going on vacation, waited a week still no reply from them. Not here to bash a business just wonder why you couldn’t just say I’m busy or we are super booked. Don’t waste someone’s time.

  DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I had AWT install a gutter system at my house and it has been three weeks and it is still leaking badly. Tracy (manager at AWT) was sarcastic to my wife and doesn't keep track of what is really going on. My wife is the nicest person in the world so this disturbed me. I am not so nice, but I am very honest. I've asked them to remove the gutters since they have no clue OR CARE about 'Customer Service." I video the cutters after a light rain and showed the workers. They stated they had a guy that quit and had discover he did a bad job at other sites and that they were fixing issues everywhere. It sounds like they need a quality control person to follow up and make sure the job is done right I never do reviews, but I didn't want someone else to experience what has been a total lack of professionalism and quality work from AWT. They will not be in business very long with this kind of work ethics. If you need a gutter, check the reviews. I went by a personal recommendation in my selection process. SHAME ON ME...... I WILL UPDATE EVERYONE if this company decides to step up and finish the job once and for all. My wife is making me write this part....dang-it Dave G. Byron Georgia.....

  Great job done by AWT Construction. Needed gutters installed on a pool house. Matches trim perfect and down spouts exactly where I wanted them. It took me a while to notice they were done because they matched so well and the jobsite was so clean. I couldn't tell someone was there working that day. AWT gets my vote for a job well done. Screen room next...
