Got called to back into dock. There I sat waiting for more 2 hrs loaded trucks that backed in after me. Never been overly fast getting loaded here. Takes hrs. They’ll burn your clock up. Still not touched.

Busy place, but fairly quick. Was only here for 2 hrs total despite how busy they were. There is a scale on site.

Truckers use channel 3 and also watch lights, if cb down they flicker red green to let you know they got you....

Such an awful and disrespectful company. They don’t value your time at all. I was going to pick up a load there (at their second location: 125 n river rd, Franklin, OH). I arrived 2 hours before my appointment and was already waiting on a dock with open doors. 5 mins before my scheduled time, the warehouse worker said that he needs my dock and told me to leave the company’s territory completely, because there was no space for me. In order to do that I needed to go back onto one way street, then go couple blocks down, because it’s prohibited to do the other way, and only then I could return to them... I asked him: “Really? And what’s going to happen after I do that? Do you want me to come back and be the last one in the line of 5 tucks and wait like 5 hours? It’s unfair at least, because it’s my appointment time and I was the first one in line.” He said it’s absolutely not his problem and abruptly told me to leave right away. What a waste of time. Also, the warehouse territory doesn’t have an asphalt or any other hard surface, so be prepared to cover your truck in the mud from top to the bottom. Will never work with them again! Black list for sure.

Dry van loading is quite long during the early morning times. I will say that gate check in and backing into one of these spots were relatively easy if you do manage to get here right when they start loading (no long lines or other trucks to battle into a spot next to). There is a scale that you can use if you choose to do so. Not required for entering or exiting if you are arriving empty to be loaded. DO NOT miss your turn onto Atlas property. There is a bridge around 11ft immediately pass the turn. Friendly people that work here.

Follow truck  Route in there in and out in a hour fast loading  nice people

Park truck on the side and approach guard shack.
Follow directions, do not get out of your truck at any point.
Would advise to check weight on way out.

Slow. 2 hour to check in with guard. Other drivers said new security company took over. But once in dock. Fast loading. Also scale. Over nite parking.

Able to stay the night, providing other drivers leave proper spacing.  Very nice people here. Guard was pleasant. Best to walk up after you park there, busy at 0800 to 0930, lots of flat beds arrive.  The staff comes to you at the docks once you are called for your dock assignment.  Unloading for me was quick as I had fibre glass mats in rolls. Backing into dock was easy. I laugh at Flat beds backing, as I find it totally amusing. Heh.

So far so good, easy check in process, park before going inside the guard shack. Overnight parking available.
