  Asset Roofing was fantastic. The owner came out to me to inspect my roof and draw up a bid. They provided super easy in house financing through a financial institution who could set up a 15 year loan without putting a lien on my house. Communication was outstanding and the job got started and finished quickly. Nobody wants this kind of expense, but as a home owner it's inevitable. Asset Roofing made a fiscally stressful transaction easy, an affordable.

  The original quote included the manufactures of the roofing materials and the salesperson explained why Asset Roofing recommends replacing the skylites when replacing the roof. The installers at Asset Roofing where professional with high level of craftsmanship. The installers cleaned up at the end of each day and the work was completed on time. The new roof enhances the appearance of our home

  The work was done fast and I was impressed. The work was done in the summer of 2020. When rain season approached, I noticed the gutters were leaking all over the place around the roof. I went through that problem all rain season 2020-2021 ( Fall-Winter ). I contacted Anthony and he said he will send someone to fix the gutters. Some weeks later I had to call again because no one came to fix anything, I called and called and he keep saying he will send someone until he finally said he had sent someone to fix the issue and that the work was done when no one was at my business ( the install is for a small business ). Few weeks later we had a rainy weekend and guess what? The gutters have the exact problem, it was never fixed. I had to hire a lawyer and the guy did not give a dime about it, he continue saying he will send someone. He said again he sent someone when business was closed, same story. Well, here we are, heavy rain, and the gutters, which were installed brand new, are leaking water all over the place. I called his office and he is never available. I wish I can get my money back, just for the gutters, so I can pay to some other company and do the right job. They can keep the money for the roof, I don't main. I will delete this post if Asset roofing solves the problem and if not, I will post updates. I will not recommend this company unless you don't main the poor customer service and the potential of not honoring any warranty. Thanks to the person who called me after I posted this review, until then they all seem to no care about my gutters anymore. Still I will wait to remove the review until my gutters are fixed and they don't leak anymore.
