Asheville Roofing did an AWESOME job on our new roof. They were so professional, great quality work. Did our complete roof in 2 days. Showed up on time, cleaned up everything. These guys worked so hard!! I have and will continue to recommend them . We got several quotes and I’m so thankful we choose Asheville Roofing.

Ray and his team are awesome.  He is the most responsive contractor I have ever dealt with.  Very courteous and professional.  His team is amazing.  They worked non stop and completed our entire job in 2 days.  I would highly recommend them, and wish other contractors could take lessons in managing their business from Ray.

Excellent customer service and professionalism.  Spoke with Ray and had a quote within 24 hours that beat three other quotes I received. After confirming that I wanted to proceed, my roof was finished within 48 hours. Aside from a beautiful looking roof there was no evidence anyone had been there working. Our neighbor had seen them working and commented on how efficient and professional they worked.  Highly recommend!

Asheville Roofing is by far the best, most reputable, and fairly priced company in Buncombe County. About 6 months ago I noticed them doing a neighbor's roof and I asked if she was satisfied with the work. She said they were great and encouraged me to book quickly because they are frequently fully booked often weeks or months out. We felt very lucky when Ray, the owner/operator, said he could get us an estimate in a couple of days and then managed to do the work within just a couple of days. I vetted several other roofing companies and all of them took much longer to produce an estimate -- and in every case they were priced much higher (by thousands) than Ray's estimate. Ray is truly the best when it comes to communication - always friendly, accommodating, and reassuring. His staff is also fantastic - capable, efficient, and professional. Not only did they install a great roof, but they left the area surrounding our roof looking very nice after taking care to use a big magnet to pick up nails and a leaf blower to remove smaller debris. Again, we're perfectly pleased with the job Asheville Roofing did for us and highly recommend them!

It was a very smooth process working with Matt Gardner to replace my townhouse building’s roof. When I called to request an estimate, Matt and Ray came out the same day. I received my estimate within 24 hours. The numerous questions from all of the 4 homeowners in our building were answered quickly with patience and kindness. The crew was focused, hard-working, and efficient which made completion of all four units happen in just 2 days. Ray and his crew did an excellent job installing a new roof for me. They arrived early in the morning and worked all day to put on a beautiful new roof. I just love the color! They went around my yard when they were done with magnets to make sure that they got every last nail, which I super appreciate having three dogs two cats and a bunch of chickens. I am pretty sure my yard was cleaner when they left!  My new roof looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier. As a real estate agent I work with a lot of roofers and this company provides excellent service and value! I highly recommend them!

Hired Ray and team to install a new roof on our house we just purchased. Everything started fine but after the team finished installing the roof, we had a new leak in the chimney. Called Ray and told him. He was backed up on his schedule so it rained and we waited two days while the water ran down our chimney into our bedroom even after I installed a tarp over the chimney. A worker finally showed up and calked around the chimney saying it was just an old chimney and not their fault. Rain again and the chimney still leaked. The team came back out and tried to fix the leading edge of the roof where it meets the chimney. They said it was fixed (third time) …it rained again and more water fell into our house. On the fourth time around, they finally installed the chimney flashing (which was supposed to be installed on day one). The leak, a month and a half later, is fixed but the reputational damage is not. I must say I have never paid thousands of dollars to have the finished product be worse than the previous. To make matters worse, as payback for a poor job they were going to install chimney caps for free. Still have not heard back from Pedro at B&B construction (outsourced team) about that. Overall, I would have kept my old roof for another two years over hiring this company.

Follow up (5 months later)- still no chimney cap or call back from either Ray or Pedro. He seems to be a lot faster at responding to Google reviews than fixing customer issues….

Robbie, sorry you feel this way but as stated when we were there we would throw in a chimney cap. These caps are hand made. There is a shortage on about everything (COVID) and this is no exception. As promised the moment the material arrives we will be there to install. Sorry for the issues you had but we did fix them.
