  Roofed our commercial building, and had to come back to repair leaks shortly after the roofing was compete. Leaked several years later after it snowed where they did not caulk the scupper and caused several thousand dollars in damage to the interior. They fixed the problem but said it wasn't under warranty and charged me $425. Typical warranty that doesn't cover anything. Arrow did not stand behind their work

  Our only experience was one that made clear Arrow Roofing employed unethical people that would provide fraudulent inspections for personal friends. We are out our inspection costs and had a home purchase fall through because of Arrow Roofing's intentional deception to help a personal friend sell the house and earn a commission. Despite being a commercial contractor, Al Perez, Division Manager of Arrow, provided an inspection for a friend on a residential property that was fraudulent and contradicted inspections from a licensed home inspector and four residential contractors (which Perez was provided). In doing so, Al aided the selling agent in hiding the damage and hiding the findings from future buyers. I'd highly recommend steering as far clear of this company as possible; there are too many quality, ethical companies to work with as alternatives.

We are a commercial roofing company & do not through our business, provide inspections for residential work.   Great Experience from the top down. Great attitudes, friendly staff, would definitely call them again for any roofing need.
