  Ark Roofer did a really nice job on my new roof. Replaced shingle roof with metal. They worked with insurance and made that part of the process much less painful. Communication was good and they kept me informed regarding timing and status of installation. Luke and his staff were responsive whenever issues arose (as can be expected with a project like this). They were focused and got the job done in a timely manner. Every person I dealt with was a pleasure to deal with. They are an established local company (not fly-by-night) which gave me comfort in dealing with them. I would recommend them if you are looking for a new roof or repairs.

  I’m very pleased how they treated me and my very pregnant tenant. I spoke with few people from this company, and everyone did their best in completing the job around my tenant’s schedule. They are professional and with very respectful approach. They cleaned up around the house making sure no roof nails were left behind. I will definitely use their service again if the nature decides to destroy the roof in the future. It is not so easy to find honest people to start and finish the job as promised. The Ark Roofer made the stressful situation feel like a breeze. I’m glad a friend recommended this company to me. I hope you get same pleasant experience as I did. ☺️
