  Extremely happy with ARC. My salesman was Nick and I can’t say enough good things about him. Very professional and worked with me and the insurance company all the way through the process. The crew was excellent and they did the whole roof in a day. Roof looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Crew cleaned up very well and they did a secondary inspection and walk around to make sure there wasn’t anything left behind. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks again guys for the great job

  Our experience with ARC was very good. We met with Rick Headley a couple times. He went through all the information we needed. He got us scheduled. The install group came and took the old roof off put the new one on in one day. The following day they came for cleanup. Scott came the following day for inspection. I believe I talked to Josh on the phone he said if we needed anything or if there was is problem just let me know. Rick said the same.

  Communication is poor. I am waiting on a return call. I requested to speak to the owner several times since November each time I'm told he's out of state. Currently waiting on a call that was supposed to be delivered last Tuesday but true to form the call never took place. I'll be happy to write a full review when the project and billing are completed. Update: I spoke with Ryan, he visited the site and is working to fix and remedy the situation to my satisfaction.
