Since day one there has been a communication issue with this company’s project manager. JP and trying to get things fixed that where damaged in the removal improper installation. And damaged product that I can’t get repaired. Contacted the office 1 time and have never heard back from them in over a week. and the project manager. JP has not got anyone to repair my issues since August of 2021 That I have been trying to get them out to fix. Guessing that’s what happens when you pay your bill. No need for a good referral or a good review on Google. That being said. My roof was not replaced the way we had agreed on Before work was started. Because there was no communication between the project manager and the crew that they Subed out to replace my roof.

Worked with Adam Cook at Apple Roofing to have shingles and gutters replaced.  He was very easy to work with and even took time out of his vacation to answer my questions!! Adam was professional, reliable and timely.  Apple did a great job on the roof! Would highly recommend.

The shingles I had installed by this company are already curling and lifting. Having only these done for two months I am INCREDIBLY disappointed. Would never get my roofing done by this establishment again. If I could give them zero stars, I could. Not to mention, they showed up late for our appointment. I highly recommend Apple Roofing. They replaced my roof and guttering as a consequence of storm damage. The project manager, Diego Smith and then Jeremy Kildare worked tirelessly with our insurance company. They kept us appraised of all progress and were present to ensure the best quality work was performed. The roofing crews, and then the guttering crew were superb! We had a great experience with Apple Roofing after the hail storm that hit Easter morning. Steve came out and spent a couple of hours completing his inspection, taking pictures, and speaking to us. Steve was thorough in his inspection, went over what would need to all be completed for the repairs, as well as what the process looked like. He assisted us in communicating with our insurance company to ensure that we were being taken care of as well as our roof. He stopped by a couple of times to drop off samples as well as to look at other damage that was done to help provide a trusted opinion. The roofers were efficient and did a great job on the roof. They also did a great job with the clean up. Steve was amazing to work with and we highly recommend Apple Roofing to others.

Apple replaced our roof and gutters due to high wind damage. All work was done in a timely manner and very professional. They replaced the pan on our fireplace along with installing flashing under our siding where the roof and fireplace chimney came together which will eliminate any leaks. I would recommend everyone to use Apple roofing as their contractor. Steve was our project manager, he went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly and that we were happy with all the work they performed. We would certainly rate them as a five star contractor.

Worked with Josh W as salesperson to replace hail damaged roof. All was well until we noticed moisture on interior ceiling. He assessed the issue and said it would be repaired soon. That was nearly 3 weeks ago and not yet fixed. Impressed with them on installation, but not much on correcting installation errors. Seems  they are not too worried about interior damage.  Repair was made today. The employee was very professional and went above and beyond by checking the attic to be sure there was no further damage there.  Thanks Todd!!

Apple Roofing completed the installation of our new shingles and flashing in October of 2020. Our sales consultant, Chris Engel, provided excellent service helping us choose the right color and style of the shingles. The installation crew arrived on the day that was promised and we were happy with the installers. The crew cleaned up the jobsite and answered all questions we had during the process. On the morning of July 9, 2020, a hurricane-like wind storm snapped off several of my nine story pine trees and one of them hit my house. I have replacement home owner's ins. with Farm Bureau, and I called them the next day, and I also asked for a roofing company recommendation. I'm so grateful they recommended Apple Roofing, because Tom Bogard came out and his thorough inspection revealed an issue I have long been concerned about, the flashing around the fireplace chimney. By Sept 4th, I had a fabulous new roof, new gutters and new down spouts, and no worries, no more leaks,and my yard was all cleaned up afterward, even the deck area. They all were great, and I highly recommend Apple Roofing!!!

Our home was damaged during the hailstorm the morning of Easter. The following week I called Apple roofing and Curt was out soon after that. Obviously they are busy but house was not leaking so no issue there. Curt was extremely professional, did all the leg work with the insurance company. Both the roofing crew as well as the gutter crew were very good and professional. Each crew was only there for a day and got everything picked up out of the lawn.

My favorite part was that Curt was available for any question or to stop by with concerns even before the project was started. If more work is needed Apple Roofing would be my first call.

Kevin Bowland is the best! My experience with Apple Roofing was top notch. Its not everyday you get your roof replaced and new gutters put on. I was not looking forward to picking out shingles, dealing with the insurance company, having people running around in my yard making a mess but Kevin took care of everything. He answered numerous questions, picked out my shingles and his crew was very prompt and left the job site clean. I signed the contract and a week or so later the job was done. Great experience. After the storm, the other two companies that came by were pushing for a new roof with financing before they even looked at the roof. I work in the construction business and know when people are doing what's best for them in lieu of the customer. Bobby came by and was both honest and extremely helpful. I didn't need a new roof or even a section of it.  When the time does come for me to replace my roof, I'll be using Apple Roofing.

I submitted a request for someone to come assess my roof due to what I thought was leakage spots inside my house. Russel called me right away however, it was right after a snow that left several inches on our roof and ground. Russel informed me that he would like to wait until the snow cleared and the roof was dry but would get in contact once that happened.

As promised, Russel called me back and came over to my house to assess what I had told them. He climbed into the attic and onto the roof to take a closer look. While on the roof he found some shingles that were loose so he reattached them and informed me that all was well.

Was almost hit when Apple Roofing driver ran a stop sign in Havelock, he was in a hurry to buy his booze in the early afternoon, I saw him moment later pull into the Havelock liquor store. If I wouldn't of been watching out Apple Roofing driver would of slammed into me on Touzalin, when he ran the stop sign.

I would worry about using this company, who is liable if their staff is working and get hurt cause they have been drinking? I could lose everything if they sued!

After talking with 2-3 different roofers after hail damage, I read reviews on Apple Roofing and one review said I should contact Bobby Bevins.  I did.  And what a relief!  An easy down to earth guy who explained everything in detail.  He gave us great suggestions on color schemes etc that we hadn't thought of before.  I could always reach him with any concerns.  All questions we had he addressed and everything he said would happen, did happen.  No surprises.  We ended up with a better roof than we had imagined thanks to his ideas. My RESCUERS! Apple Roofing saved me from an on-going frustrating experience with another roofing/siding company. I called Apple Roofing as I couldn't get the original contractor out to the house to fix both siding and shingles that were falling off (brand new roof, 2017; brand new siding, 2018). Apple picked up immediately and I spoke to a very pleasant woman who scheduled someone to come out to my house just days later. Curt came out and after 10min of inspection, said he could do the work in about 20min (both roof and siding). Work was complete two days later.

Everyone was so professional, courteous, prompt in communication and in service. You won't find a better company than Apple Roofing. WONDERFUL people here. :)

Needed a new roof. They came out and gave me a quick estimate. Bobby was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. They came out and did an excellent job. Thinking I would need to do cleanup before letting my dogs out, found out they already did a great job. I have had other roofing companies do work in the past, and I was surprised at the lack of mess left behind. They used great materials and it looks great. I highly recommend them. They do a great job and you will be impressed. If you need a new roof, give Bobby a call. He is awesome.

Got screwed out of almost $1500. I was selling my home and the buyers wanted the roof above the garage replaced. Got 3 different bids and Apple came in the lowest. I had already submitted my payment (close to a month before closing) and was told the job would be done by the end of the month (before closing). Well less than 2 weeks from closing I called and emailed to see what the status was and all of a sudden the numbers weren't adding up because they 'missed some measurements' so now it will cost $1500 more than we agreed on. They had already been out to look at the roof TWICE almost a month prior! I work in sales and whenever we mess something up, we eat it and we certainly don't jack up the price after we've already received the order. When I mentioned that to them they said 'that's not how it works in the construction world'. That's true if you are a swindler. I had no time to get another company lined up and was basically in a corner (because I was closing on my new home the next day after selling this one so I needed the equity) and I think they knew it. Very unhappy with the lack of integrity and honor. Stay away from these guys, you'll be happy you did. I have zero confidence they would honor their 'warranty' based on this experience so don't let that lure you in. Warranty is only as good as the people behind it. BTW they still didn't complete it until several weeks after we closed on the house. So not only was their word no good on their pricing but also on their scheduling (no surprise there).

As a new home owner, I was very cautious when choosing a contractor to replace my roof after a hail storm. I found the staff at Apple Roofing to be professional, prompt and willing to answer my numerous questions. They did a great job working well within the timeframe I needed. My new roof and gutters are beautiful. Brian was especially helpful and was always available whenever I had a question. These guys did a really good job on a very tough roof, 4 layers of old shingles and a steep grade...it was done in 2 and a half days working around storms. Professional is the word I would use. Apple Roofing is a bad company they dont pay theire guys. Thats why they do not have guys. I highly do NOT recommend this company at all. They love to hold their workers checks over little damages and pay when they feel like it. I will explain what transpired. You were a subcontractor to Apple Roofing. As such, we clearly explain what is required by our company and the state of Nebraska and verify the documentation before you are able to begin work with us. We also have an agreement and in that agreement; remedies if the agreement is not upheld by one party.

You provided insurance documentation and then immediately cancelled the policy after providing it to us. Apple Roofing goes through a very detailed audit with our insurance carriers annually and determines that all documentation is in order and if we fail to have certificates of insurance for any subcontractor then it falls back on our policy. We are being charged for the lack of the insurance on your behalf. You have agreed in the subcontractor agreement to provide and maintain workmans compensation for your company and as it states in the subcontractor agreement that if you fail to have the necessary insurance we will pass the costs along to your company that we incur as a result. This is all in the subcontractor agreement signed by both of us.

The week of 5-11-20 you damaged some property (siding) while performing services, after your attempt to make it correct by doing touch up painting (wrong color) We decided to resolve the problem ourselves by hiring a professional paint company as this was not your expertise. We were going to file a claim under your insurance and we discovered that the insurance was canceled by yourself to save money. Now We are covering the cost of the repairs out of our pocket, and we have costs incurred by our workman's compensation policy as it must now cover the payments we have made to your company because you were without insurance as is agreed upon in the subcontractor agreement.We pass these costs along to you as agreed upon in the agreement, but even what little was owed before this discovery will not cover the costs.

If you have further questions please feel free to reach out to us. We take great pride in the way we make sure we always pay workers, employees, subcontractors, and vendors.

I am appalled by how they treated my mother. Started putting on her roof in May, didn't finish the process until September. She waited weeks with all the roofing materials sitting in her front yard. They said she would only have to pay what the insurance was paying, 4 months later they send her a bill for $2500 more then what was talked about & agreed upon. Horrible customer service from Adam. They also did our roof, & pulled the same thing when it came to pay, charging us more then what was agreed upon. I will never do business with them again!

Curt did a great job explaining the process to me and helping me get the best deal. He was diligent in communication and punctual with the follow-up. I expected top quality and that's what I got from Curt and Apple Roofing!!

Long story short: Apple Roofing was sent to the Cedar Rapids, Iowa market, following the Derecho in August. They were a "preferred contractor" through my insurance company's network.

With that said, the company sent Jeremy Kildare to my house to provide an estimate for storm damages. He was a very nice guy, seemed trustworthy etc. Prior to leaving my residence, I asked Jeremy, "When can I expect to be hearing back from your organization about moving forward, and what do the next steps look like?" The response I was given: "Within the next week you'll be hearing from us."

This took place in mid September, and I'm writing this on November 20th and still have not heard back from this organization or Jeremy.

It's black and white: When you tell a customer you're going to do something by a certain date/time, you do it. Otherwise, simply don't set an expectation that can't be met.

Dylan, we appreciate you calling us to discuss the possibility of being involved with the repairs to your home. Unfortunately, we fell short on the expectations and we apologize.  We did leave you with an estimate to repair your downspouts and gutters on 9-17-20 and were under the understanding that you would contact us if you wanted to move forward with the repairs. Normally we try to do a great job at following up with clients and it sounds like we did not communicate with you as much as we should have following the bid. We want you to know that we had an incredible volume of people needing help after the catastrophic and widespread event and were trying to help as many folks as possible, but were not staffed at the time to do as much followup as we would have liked to do. We were continually adding staff to our existing IA office to help during this event and had multiple people living on the road away from their families in order to help with the need. Jeremy is one of those folks. We hope someday we might have another opportunity to show you the great service we strive to provide. Thank you for the feedback. You are reading this because you are looking for a roofing company...and I'm writing this to tell you: there is no question Apple is the best in town..and quite possibly one of the best in the country.

I almost never write reviews, but, honestly, my experience with Apple Roofing was such a positive one that I'm taking the time to write this note.

From educating us on the Apple Roofing process and why the materials used are superior to other roofing companies (they are), to their very experienced roofing crew, to frequent and thorough daily inspections to ensure the work is being done right, it's the little things that make a HUGE difference.

The work was done quick and with a high level of quality and attention to detail - all the way down to taking the time to do custom flashing, walking the roof to ensure shingles were laying down properly, and multiple passes in the lawn around the house to get as many nails out as possible.

So, whether you are doing new construction or replacing an existing roof, if you were to ask me if Apple should be your roofing company, I would would say 100% yes.

Don't make a mistake by going with a roofer that lacks the love of the craft and the attention to detail that the Apple team has. I highly recommend you choose Apple Roofing.

I just recently had Apple Roofing put a new roof on my house and I was very happy with the process.  The salesman was very informative and explained everything that they were going to do down to the smallest detail.  The day they put my roof on I went to work and came home for lunch and they were nearly done.  I could not believe how fast they were.  The thing that I like most was after returning home from work you could not even tell that they had been there; there was no left over trash or debris anywhere.  I would high recommend Apple Roofing to anybody that asks

Apple Roofing's customer service is second to none.....our new roof was installed last November; after the recent May storms, we noticed what we thought was missing ridge vent; I called Apple Roofing in a panic and they sent someone to our house in a matter of 30 minutes.  There was no missing ridge vent and our beautiful new roof was not damaged!  Absolutely excellent customer service!

Amazing customer service!   While we had the most recent storms in Lincoln we had a leak in our kitchen.  I was freaking out.   Bobby came right out even during the storm and took care of my leak.  He not only communicated with me quicky to set a time but he also repaired it free of charge!   I appreciate you all more than you know and you will have my repeat business!

Apple Roofing was a good choice for us.  John B. was able to answer all our questions in a professional and informative manner. We are very pleased with the workmanship and quality of their product. We highly recommend Apple Roofing.

Apple Roofing workmanship was poor, they used defective products and would not stand behind their work.  I had a number of issues with the work they performed and they still have not fixed them more than 6 months later.  The biggest issue is that they installed defective shingles, admitted they were defective, and then wanted me to pay for the defective shingling job without correcting the problem.  I would stay away from Apple Roofing at all cost.

I called Apple Roofing to repair some windblown shingles on my roof which I was afraid may cause the roof to leak.  My roof was the original roof which had been installed by the builder maybe 10 years ago.  Apple Roofing came and gave me a quote for the repair the same day I called them.  The next day I approved the quote and they came out right away and fixed my roof.  The shingles they installed matched almost perfectly and my roof is looking good again!  Very professional, timely service and quick turnaround time on the repair.  Thanks Apple Roofing!

Great sales pitch, then it all fell apart.  It ended with us getting blamed for their communication issues and them withholding part of our deposit when we asked for it back.

The rep sat us down and explained the process for our roof replacement and repair.  It was very informative.  We talked through parts where they would need someone else to come in and fix the fascia (since they don't do that in-house) and we were told they would provide us with contractors that could do that work.

We then were told that they needed a deposit of half the cost to "get on the schedule".  We paid it, but never really heard from them again without _painstaking_ efforts on our part.  No list of contractors for fascia.  No responses to emails.  No responses to phone and text.

Our rep had left the company, which happens, but we were completely let slip through the cracks.  We were never on the schedule, they never found a way for a third-party contractor to work with them (like we were assured would be easy or handled for us), and we were NEVER contacted by Apple.

We finally sent an email the general inquiry address and heard back, but they still didn't have us scheduled and never helped us fix the fascia issue.  We asked for our deposit back and were told that we were breaking the contract and forced to pay a fee because of it.  They also said (with zero evidence) that they had attempted to contact us after the rep left, but that's simply not true.  So, instead of doing the right thing to try and fix the situation, they blamed it on us.

I'd find someone else.

Terrible company with pathetic ownership. Subcontracted a company without permission from homeowners who opened the roof with a pending storm approaching. After letting the house sit open and letting rain accumulate in the house, they decided none of this has been their fault. The "Owner" then goes on to take the bill back from us saying we don't have to pay until our house has been put back together. Today we were served with papers saying we owe payment with interest. So to conclude.... if you would like your home permanently screwed up and no responsibility taken from the owner.... then Apple Roofing is your company!

Called in spring of 2016 and made a appointment for my roof to be inspected for damage. Was told they were busy, but someone would be out. Never heard anything until February 2017. Made a appointment for 2pm. No one showed. Called the office and was told they lost my name. Decided to call a competent roofer.

I decided to use this company due to the high reviews and am very disappointed.  It took multiple contacts to get the work scheduled after signing the contract, days longer than stated to complete the work and it was not completed correctly.  It again took multiple contacts to get them to correct it, which the crew shows up today a month later with no notice ruining the plans for company we had.   Very unprofessional.

Fast to reply, Honest and Friendly. Josh came out the same day we called for an estimate and gave us an honest opinion of what we needed. He also was available and checked up on us to make sure we were happy through the whole process.
