  We fired them after waiting 9 months for them to come back and finish the "3 to 4 day" lean 2 project on our barn. They did come back 4 times to fix the siding that kept FALLING off. 3 times they just pounded white trim nails into the tan siding to hold it up, the nails were in clear view when you look at it . I had to ask them to rip it down and start over on their last and final visit. It still waves at you when you walk by. We had to hire another company to finish the job . The best part is they threatened my family with their "lawyer and collections " if we didn't pay right away!! That's after we called, texted and tried leaving voice mails for Months! Periodically we would call only to get a voice mail.. the voice mail was full and would not accept any more messages. We might have been understanding if there was any communication. But 9 months for a "3 to 4 day" project? Then threatening us with a lawyer . "Classic" alright 👌

  We were referred to American Classic in June. The two gentlemen that showed up at our home were very nice and we decided to hire this company to do our windows and siding. Our project keeps getting delayed. The most frustrating part is the person we've been dealing with NEVER calls us. We always need to initiate a call and then it takes a couple of days before we get a response. We called today and asked to talk to a manager. A manager wasn't immediately available, but lo and behold, our sales rep quickly sent a text saying yet again, he had no idea when our project would start. I am very tempted to cancel our job. I would not recommend this company.

  Nikki - We are very sorry for the lack of communication that you have experienced. This is not the manner in which American Classic operates. As we all know Covid has, unfortunately, caused many delay's for all industries. That said it's also important to us that our customers are communicated with every step of way.   Who ever is driving your company Ford f150 in Greenville today almost hit me. Drove on the side of the road then cut me off getting back into the lane. And yes I do have a License plate number and dash cam video of his reckless driving, makes me question what he’d be like installing something. Beware!!!!!
