  I called the office to request a quote. In that conversation, I mentioned that I have a low slope roof which changes the means and methods of installation compared to a traditional residential roof. When I asked what low slope solutions Versatile offers, the secretary refused to answer my question stating I would have to consult with the quoting personnel. I explained that if they only installed shingles, we could not work together and I did not want to waste their time. The secretary interrupted me repeating herself... The rest of the conversation did not go well when I tried to ask if they installed a number of options I am familiar with.
