Our roof was totally replaced in 3 days. Very professional, quality materials, and cleaned up better than I could have imagined. Zac O'Hara was very knowledgeable about the products and the installation. He was considerate and very pleasant. Not pushy or forceful in trying to get us to buy from Allstate Exteriors. Todd is one of the nicest, kindest, most dedicated and knowledgeable people I have met since moving to Florida. Not only did he explain my roof's condition thoroughly, he had pictures to back it up. Not only did he explain the different roof options available, he had samples to show the possibilities. Todd was thorough, patient, and willing to take as long as necessary to answer any questions I had. I feel completely confident in moving forward with Todd and AllState Exteriors when my roofing decision gets made.

Tom was our salesman and he was terrific.  Everything he promised was done and in a timely manner.  The workers that were here to put the new roof on were great, they were polite and cleaned up the yard of any debri  that had fallen, they even remembered to close the gate so my dog wouldn't run out of the yard.  I would highly recommend Allstate Exteriors to anyone needing a new roof and if they are lucky enough to have Tom as their salesman all the better as he goes beyond what others, do always checking to make sure everything is okay.

The staff at Allstate Exteriors were all very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof or roof repair. I was very impressed with their professional sales staff who showed up on time and stood by everything they promised….and the product is amazing!

I reached out to Allstate Exteriors and spoke with Violet  to get a new roof estimate.  I am looking to buy a home. I was advised by my real estate agent that after purchasing the home I would need to get a new roof most likely within 6 months to obtain insurance. I needed to know pricing and time frame they could do a install on a new roof for my potential purchase. I also needed possible financing options Information. I don’t even own the house yet but Violet took the time out to provide excellent customer service and provide me with the information I needed. I appreciate that and her honestly and reliability with getting back to me. Those are getting harder to find in SWFL so I appreciate Violet immensely.

Violet and Jeremy Woodruff were very professional and helpful. Jeremy went over all the procedures with us in full detail and Violet went over the timing of the work to be done. She also checked in with us periodically to update us on the time frame of when the shingles would be delivered. We love the color that we picked out. The workers have done an excellent job as well. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Allstate exteriors were excellent from start to finish. They came out to inspect and repair our roof even though we were further away then normal. Cooper gave us plenty of options and we felt no pressure to choose any besides what was best for us. Joe and his crew came out to do the roof repair and showed up on time and completed the work quickly and took plenty of pictures to show their high quality work and update us on the process which was done in just a few hours. I would definitely use them again for any roofing needs.

I am interviewing different companies after requesting a free estimate to replace my old roof.  Zac, the project manager for All-State Exteriors & Restoration Services LLC out of Cape Coral was the last person that I met with.
He was incredibly knowledgeable about anything related to roofing and the best products to use.  He explained everything in detail so that I could understand what this overwhelming project entails.  Zac is an excellent representative for his company.  He went above and beyond what I experienced with the other companies I have had provide me with their estimates. I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 hours I spent with him, I felt like he was an old friend.
I'm still in the planning stages of this project but if I can work out my finances,  I will definitely hire this company to replace the roof on the home that I love.

Of the three roofing contractors I met with Todd gave, far and away, the best presentation. He patiently explained my options, the exact work to be performed  and materials to be used. Allstate wasn’t the cheapest but I feel confident they are clearly the best. Todd is a gem!
