  -Tony (owner) was very fast with showing up to evaluate and quote. -Quotes were very fair, especially in comparison to the other contractors out here. Check for yourself. -Employee/Contractor "Matt" Mathew Crow was professional-experienced-efficient-fast-all business, and very polite. Matt made sure to leave all his working areas spotless. -Keep in mind that this is a smaller company compared to the others, and they are very busy. So some patience is required, but the small wait is worth it. Nick, US Army Sergeant, Ret.

  Called for a quote and was told Tony would call to set up... Tony never called back. Called 2 days later and they could not find my information, so took it again and said they would text Tony and have him call me. No call from Tony. Won't call a third time, moving on to someone who actually showed up for a quote.

  This was the first place we called and scheduled an appointment to get a bid for some work on our home. They never showed up or called us on the day for our scheduled appointment. I decided to start posting what is happening because this is not the first time we have been treated this way by similar businesses. We are starting to wonder if in some way, maybe we are being discriminated against because our work or job is financially smaller than others. We are left to speculate because there is no other reason we can think of that this keeps happening to us when it comes to getting bids on construction work?!?!? My wife and I don't understand the business mindset of today, how do you stay in business if you don't give people your professional bids???? The customer shouldn't have to chase down a professional, the professional should be pursuing the customer!
