  All-Phaze Roofing and Contracting is a company I would highly recommend. We had wind damage to our roof (ripped up the ridge vent and shingles) and after speaking with our insurance company they told us we had to find someone to do the work. After doing research online and reading reviews as well as BBB information we contacted All-Phaze Roofing and Contracting. Mike responded right away and was over that same day. Turned out the cost of the repair was less expensive then our deductible so Mike and company proceeded to fix the issue. They were so quick and efficient, so impressed with the work. Our roof looks great, Mike was wonderful to deal with and he is so fair with pricing. We will work with his company again when we are in need for roof work.

  I am having a major problem with All Phaze Roofing. It has been about 2 months since first contacting them and I have now paid in full for a job that has been a disaster. Mike is a very nice man, but he frequently does not show up when he says he will. He sounded and acted as if he could fix the problem, told me his ideas on what he would do, and gave me a price, which I accepted. We decided on a date for him to start. He didn't show up. Eventually, he did replace a broken drain pipe but the pipe he put in leaks. The summer is ending. Other repairs that need to be done hinge on what Mike was supposed to do and the situation with the roof has gotten worse, not better. I am very disappointed in Mike's work. I paid him, thinking that he had solved the problem. Instead, I am left with a bigger mess. I don't think he knows how to solve the problem and I feel like a total fool for having trusted him. He did not offer me a contract and and indicated that he did not want to have to pay tax on the check I gave him. Although his website is very impressive, and he shows up in a new truck that is officially labeled with the company name, his approach to doing business is not at all business-like. He is not reliable and doesn't really seem to know what he is doing. I would not recommend him.

  Mike was very responsive and the roof was fixed. But the next wind storm days later blew the roof back partially. Again Mike was responsive and the roof was attached in a much more sturdy fashion. Unfortunately it damaged the drip edge and fascia. Mike said he would make the repair. That was back in spring of 2016. I have contacted Mike no less than a dozen time since then. I would say our interactions were friendly..myself always pleasant and Mike always pleasantly saying he would take care of it and make it right. He we are 12/12/16 and although every time we spoke he said he would try to get there ..he hasn't. This is my Moms house...she is 94 and just wanted it done correctly. Mike, I don't know if you read these but I am still hoping you honor your word to me.
