  Robert and Marie were phenomenal to work with. Our house had significant hail damage and Robert helped us work with State Farm and get all the insurance money we possibly could. When it was time for Robert to replace the roof, his crew did quality work in a timely manner. Any issues encountered were dealt with quickly and Robert responded to every problem with attention to detail and kindness! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience😊 Thanks All Phase Gutters and Roofing for helping us with all of our needs!

  I would not recomend this company to anyone. The owner is the rudest, most arrogant, disrespectful person I have ever met in my life, even belittling me regarding my job working with children. The only time he was decent was when he came out to do an estimate. VERY poor quality workmanship and customer service. He could care less about quality workmanship, told me "It doesn't matter what it looks like, it's only cosmetic." He is only interested in getting paid and spending the least amount of money possible. Ex: Telling me several times that he underbid this job like it was my fault, constantly complained about how far away we lived from his office, ran out of screws and complained to me how expensive screws are, and then commented "if it blows off, we will just come fix it ." We had 16ft metal panels held down with 3 screws, when there should be screws every 3ft at least. Has made an excuse for every problem we've had, which has been several. There are scratches all over the roof, two leaking skylights, and holes from where screws were removed. Our roof was supposed to be completed in 4 days, it has been a 2 month long ordeal and still not completed. I truly regret ever hiring this company.

  If you ever need a new roof, this is the company to call. Robert, the owner, is excellent at reviewing just what you need for repairs. There is no guess work and he has experience and is a veteran as well. Marie, the receptionist/bookkeeper/manager is especially the best to work at taking care of the loose ends, the billing and making sure everything is completed in a timely basis. I had new damage done to my new downspout recently and Marie had that scheduled and taken care of in just a day's time! How much better service could you ever ask for??? Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!
