  I do not recommend this company. Used to them last year after the Hail storm damaged our roof. They started off friendly but then it went down hill. During the roofing repair they kept forgetting parts of our order. They made promises to repair all damages but we soon found the owner Brain made false promises and his team was truly unorganized. Then our insurance called to go over the bill the company sent them. They TRIED to claim they did work that they did not. Thankfully due to our insurance agents help we fixed the bill. Paid them for the work they did and canceled our contract with them. They called trying to argue there money due but after we showed them the insurance claims and pictures of undone work they stopped calling. If you want work done, friendly staff and organize correct company do not use them.

  Poor communication led to termination of contract. I tried multiple times a day to get responses from their team. They regularly told me that I would receive basic items like a SoW and full schedule, only to be delayed with no work beyond the initial roof installation. When they did install the roof, they did not tell me when they were coming, they just showed up. Brian and Dave (the owners) were professional on first meeting when signing you to contract, but far from that afterward in terms of basic ability to communicate and attentiveness to the customer. Would advise using another contractor - unless you're comfortable with infrequent communication and poor follow through. Response to the owner's reply: While the re-roof did actually happen, none of the other promised work did (nor any form of schedule or contact following the roof to coordinate). The gutters, the fence, the deck, the fascia, the painting, the windows, and countless other damages were not addressed. I messaged Brian (co-owner) about ending the contract due to not having received a work schedule as promised for over a week and multiple attempts with him to have even a phone call. When he did finally respond, he said "just pay us on the roof so we could move on." I don't think contacting you at your front desk number will resolve much of anything unfortunately.

  We are sorry to hear that you had a less than excellent experience. But we are confused, if the work was completed in a very timely manner but you say you cancelled the contract, which is it? Please call us at (719) 600-1967 to resolve any outstanding issues.

  Colorado’s Roofing Specialist is one of the most impressive construction company’s I’ve ever had the privilege of dealing with. They did some very great workmanship for my mother in-law, and even offered finance options. They completed all the work within the estimated date of completion and kept very good communication with me and my mother in-law. I did extensive research on the material and labor cost for the job they did and all the pricing was fair and reasonable. I would recommend Colorado’s Roofing Specialist for all of your construction needs. I give this company a 100% A+ with 5 stars. Thank you Colorado’s Roofing Specialist for being, in my opinion, the number 1 contractor in Colorado Springs.
