  Called to ask if the company does concrete flooring for garage and basement spaces. Instead of saying whether or not they do that type of work, the woman on the phone said "Oh he doesn't have time for that!" Certainly will never call this company again to inquire about any kind of work.

  Had knee surgery and one of their guys carried a box for me for half a block and put it in my car. Thought that was pretty outstanding for that gentleman to do that
