  Called and left a detailed message about my roof needing a repair and my number to contact me at. It has been about 3 weeks, and no response from the company. I can understand if they are busy or short handed, but at least call back and let me know you are too busy to look at the job. It's called customer service.

  They did a great job roofing our house and shed. They work very quickly, and it looks amazing. They cleaned up after they were done, leaving nothing for us to do. We are very pleased with their service, and they are very nice people as well.
