  If I were you I wouldn't trust these guys to your roof. Stay away! I had to give them 1 star just in order to comment below. First of all, the guy they sent out to inspect my roof was rude and lazy. He was late for the appointment, had an attitude problem like he was the boss and he told me he didn't want to get on my roof for any inspection. Second, there was a lack of communication, they threw me a whole bunch of paperwork without any explanation, and wanted me to start signing paper so they could get lock me in for job. Third, I personally called their office and spoke with the owner about the issues above, he pretty much took his employees side and said he was gonna follow up with me again. Never got call back from Craig. How disappointing, and this is how you stand by your vision and mission statement! Stay away from this company!

  This is a classic case of a person trying to make a false insurance claim and us not wanting to be a part of your fraud. And then when we would not play along with the fraudulent activities , throwing a fit. We do things by the book with honesty and integrity and merely asked for you to sign a standard document to give us permission to assist you on your adjuster meeting. The representative assigned to you is one of the kindest ,hardest working ,complete gentleman I’ve ever known. When I spoke with you on the phone you raved of how your relatives had loved our services ,so for you to now smear our reputation is appalling and reprehensible. To say these things and give us this rating when you were never even a customer is just wrong. We go out of our way to provide the highest professional service paired with amazing products and the very best installations available in the industry.

  From the day we contacted Craig at A-1 we were impressed. He came out to our home to give us an estimate on the very same day we called. Within two days he handed us a written estimate. Craig was also on site when our insurance adjuster made the decision that we indeed had hail damage to our roof. Craig met with us several times to make sure our questions were answered. He scheduled the work at our convenience, was here on time with his team and supplies, and completed the project in ONE DAY! The team left our yard clean and undamaged.   We used A-1 to complete a ton of work on our house. New roof, new siding, all new soffit and fascia, three new exterior doors, and an entryway build-out to give our house some depth. Every step of the process was transparent, and with fair pricing. If Craig ran into an issue he would always call me and send pictures, or show me in person what needed to be done before just doing it. As a result, there were no surprises on our bill. Pricing is fair and competitive, and the value for the money is top notch. Craig and his team are fantastic, and we know he didn't cut any corners. He even had great insight and suggestions during the design phase of cost-effective ways to make the exterior of our home look amazing. His team did a great job cleaning up, even during the project. Their work is of a very high quality, and I am so happy we found a trustworthy and dependable contractor who will go the extra mile. We will definitely be using A-1 for any additional future projects on our home.
