  During one of the winter storms my roof began to leak, and I thought to myself “this can’t be good.” Well after I sat my buckets out to avoid any further damage I called this company. I spoke directly with the lead facilitator. After working out the details an inspector was dispatched to my property and an estimate was emailed to me. I looked everything over and decided to proceed and was not disappointed. I would highly recommend.

  Everything went great -- from making the appointment to them coming out and fixing the "roof leak" related problem. The crew was professional, courteous and did a wonderful job. Shout out to the Owner (Krystal Walker) who has been phenomenal in providing an outstanding customer support. Everytime I spoke to her over phone, she always had a general concern for my satisfaction that far exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely hire the team again and will highly recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

  Ms. Krissy Walker and her team was nothing but professionals from the start. I called on Friday for a estimate and they came out the SAME day. The gentleman took their shoes off on the porch before entering our home👍🏽👍🏽. They let us know what needed to be done and their price didn't included these ridiculous fee. Just straightforward and honest. We agreed to have the work done and they came back out the very next day. From start to finish nothing but professional service. I recommend them 100 times over. Thank you again 1st Amazon.
