The work was professional and great. The service was so quick. I phoned on a Sunday and I was scheduled for Monday. Below is the work that was done and what I paid. Work on water heater: 1. Changed pressure valve- $317.27 2. Changed the tray/drip pan- $494.95 3. Fix a leak on a different copper pipe(not on water heater) - $80.00 Total Approximate work hours: 4 hrs Approximate per hour charge- $215.32

Christian was very personable, respectful and professional. He answered all of our questions and we ended up purchasing the Home Care Plan upon his recommendation. All of our systems were working great. He told us when our tune up would be and the one service we need to have that can be done at the same time as the tune up. We felt like he was knowledgeable about our system. He was able to show up earlier than the scheduled appointment and called to see if that would be convenient for us. Just a really nice guy that had both me and my husband laughing too.

My technician was David L. He was a wonderful and skilled electrician. He zeroed in on all my electrical problems and then helped me prioritize the work. He then performed a number of jobs including upgrading my panel box. Michael and sons are a little pricey, but I have peace of mind. Plus they offer a home care plan which for a moderate fee, you get inspections of your electrical and plumbing systems. David L. was very professional and polite.
