First Alex was an excellent salsman very professional very informed and knowledgeable of his product. Hanson's offered a high-quality product at a affordable competitive price with impressive payment options. We are anxiously waiting for them to be installed. Update 10-13-21 windows were installed the 11th they look great and the crew did a great job very happy!!!

We first talked to Alex, who introduced Hanson's products to us. After initially turning down the upgrade, we contacted him again and decided to go forward with it. He was patient with our many questions and calls, and always responded promptly to any concern. He's an asset to any project and does right by you. They installed our windows as soon as they were ready, and they are really good windows. They are insulated, slightly shaded, and top quality. When it was time to have our siding done, it was done by a team headed by JC Ahn. They had an amazing work ethic and were at our trailer with the sunrise and worked until around 6 pm both days. They were very attentive, asking questions as they went, and addressed any requested changes with a positive attitude and without delay. The end result is stunning on our old trailer. I've only included one "before" picture, as we didn't take many. It didn't look great. It does now! Due to the production slowdown during the Covid outbreak, the siding took a while to get to us, so don't despair if it takes longer than you expect. It's worth it. We are very pleased with Alex, JC Ahn and Hansons, and are looking forward to the gutter installation. (Edit: Please ignore the skirting, it's old and we're in the process of getting that replaced, too.)

They completed botched the insulating for one of the window's, it's almost as though I do not have a window there during the winter. That is not a big deal by itself, however, even after noting that I am completely covered by warranty, I am expected to pay to have someone from Hansons come out and investigate what they messed up during installation. Bottom of the barrel service for top-of-the-line prices. I would highly recommend finding any other window company.
