  We had a small amount of damage on shingles following strong winds during winter time. Everyone at Premier was very quick to act and communicated well. Kelly, the service coordinator, guaranteed someone would be out the same day as I called, and promise kept. Service tech called as well to check in. Damage was repaired that same afternoon ahead of heavy snow in the forecast. Very appreciate of their efforts and professionalism.

  We had John Dean work on our roof. There were alot of damaged roofs from the strong wind but he still got out to us in a very timely manner. He was such a nice guy, great to work with and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for my roofing needs!

  Johnny was able to come out same day to look at our roof. We called in the morning, had an on-site inspection and follow up by 5 pm. Very helpful and responsive team!
