  This local small business seems really good. The salesperson showed us lots of great flooring items and gave us very helpful crash course in vinyl wood-like vinyl planks with a "rigid core." She answered lots of questions and showed us which flooring would be the most practical for our lifestyle. I'm looking forward to going there again.

  Zinz was an amazing business to work with for my remodel. They were patient and friendly and very knowledgeable. My budget was important to me...so they took the time to figure out what products and designs would keep me within the price range I wanted. There were several crews that visited my home for the 3 rooms (den, bedroom and 1/2 bathroom). All of them were courteous and had great manners. I would definitely recommend Zinz to my friends and family. I am so happy with our new floors and the revamped bathroom fixtures (drywall repair / toilet / sink / vanity / mirror).

  My father was needing new flooring on bathroom. The sales person came to do estimate and we told her we needed a subfloor. In short she didn't provide the right estimate of flooring needed to be repaired. They set up a time for install and didnt show up and sales person forgot to call and let us know the materials were not in. Then when installer came out finally he said subfloor needed more repaired and just walked out. Then the salesperson and the head of operations were not sympathetic at all. We were stuck with the materials!!!. On top they came out and did another estimate and adding in correct repairs the estimate doubled. No compensation or apology was even given. I asked for a discount or something or we would have to get out materials. She was like ok. Letting go of a 2400 dollar sale. Crazy

  At the time of estimate, the only damage to subfloor that could be seen was around the toilet. Due to the additional work that was needed, we provided a new estimate. The estimate was fairly priced and could not be discounted. The customer was not satisfied with the offer, so we will be refunding the cost of installation. The materials are special order and are not able to be returned, though we did try to work with our vendors to get them returned. We understand that the resolution we were able to offer was not what they were hoping for. It is never our intention for our customers to not have a positive experience with us and we are sorry an agreement could not be made.
