  Horrible company very unprofessional left marks in our yard after I told them not to pull in my yard asked for my money back wouldn’t give my money back had to take them to court

  1st off I will say that this review is based on customer service and not quality or craftmanship of work. My husband and I called around to get a few different quotes because we have no idea how much a metal roof should cost. It took Zimmerman's a while to get back to us and we had already had 2 others get back to us with quotes. The timeframe it took for him to get back to us makes no difference but when I finally did talk to him I explained that we had decided to do the roof next year since we felt it was outside of our budget this year. He then asked me if I had gotten quotes from other places and I was honest and said yes. I went on to say that we would keep them in mind for next year because we still had no idea who we were going with. Before I finished my sentence he hung up on me. I will not be keeping them in mind now. My husband and I look for the best service and quality not the cheapest price but customer service makes a big deal as well. You just don't hang up on potential customers.
