Bryan and his team worked very sincerely and finished work in time and used all good material. They are very professional and courteous. Bryan is honest and knowledgeable owner of the company. The practical real test is time- no leaks and no problems in coming years.

Bryan quoted our clay tile roof underlayment replacement and tile re-lay project and provided a very detailed and professional quote.   We contacted other roofers and while not the lowest price, I had confidence from interactions with Bryan they would do a good job.  He used a drone and shot excellent pictures to establish the job scope.  His team was experienced, did good work and reacted well to small requests I had like relocating a gutter downspout, without extra charge.  We had some pest damage and pool thermal solar panel work that expanded the scope and caused some rescheduling which they worked into the job.  We had only minor cleanup issues, most days they swept up the grounds well and removed trash, nails, bits of tile and asphalt paper.

Bryan and his team are extremely professional. The quality of work is top notch. Bryan did an excellent job communicating with me all of the work he was doing and prepared me for any sort of unseen issues that might arise. He and his team completed the work on time and were considerate of our timeline. His prices were very fair and competitive. Bryan even went above and beyond to fix issues from our solar company. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to replace their roof.
