Had all windows done in the house. Not even 2 months later we had a stress fracture in one of our large Windows contacted Yuriy no no reply finally he came to look at it and said it wasn’t anything he did even though we had contacted the manufacturer and sent pictures and they said it was a stress fracture by over tightening the window then Yuriy tried to blame it on our dog he tried to blame it on this he tried to blame it on that really poor customer service the windows up on a 4 feet from the ground and has a big ledge in front of it which the dog couldn’t have even gotten up to but that’s OK His men didn’t clean up left the floors dirty under each window. Think twice before you spend your hard earned money
