AMAZING!!! I love love love Yanish! They have done a lot of different things for me...siding, garage doors, storm doors, wraps around doors. They have excellent service and pricing!!! They have helped me with insurance, claims, everything! They go above and beyond every single time and I will never ever go elsewhere. I’ve had some questions and they have always been honest with me- I appreciate it so much. If you are looking for quality, great prices, and an honest company please go to Yanish. I have had some other companies in the past and I feel like they really tried to take advantage of me (I’m not so great about ‘House stuff’ or car stuff for that matter lol) but they always help me! Thanks Yanish for always hooking me up with all my needs!

It took much longer to get the windows in than expected and when we did we had major problems. Three days after installation, the window in a spare room leaked, flooding the room. We called Yanish immediately and they came out, promising to make it right. It then became up to us to do the cleaning as well as pulling the carpet and pad. It was 7 days later when Yanish finally came to the house and basically told us it was our problem, even though the house had never flooded in over 20 years and 3 days after their window went in, we had water. They did NOT make it right and we will never use Yanish again. Very sad that this company obviously does not stand behind their product or customers!

It is unfortunate that you had a negative experience. Egress windows do require some special care. In order to avoid this problem in the future, you will want to clean all debris from the window well, make sure the window well has adequate drainage, ensure downspouts and landscaping drain away from the window well, and keep covers on the window wells at all times. If these steps are taken, there should not be issues with an egress window. No egress window is designed to hold out significant amounts of water.

We used yanish for our windows and a garage door. They use quality products, provide great service and reasonable pricing. Their installers are efficient and tidy. We'll definitely use them again in the future.
