  It was a pleasure working with Terry and his crew. Terry was very friendly and personable. He did a thorough inspection of my roof, after my house was hit badly by hail. After assessing the damage, he took the time to clearly explain the roof replacement process to me, and everything flowed according to plan. He was very organized, sending reminder texts or calling, before each step in the process, which I appreciated. The crew arrived bright and early, at 6:30am, as promised. They made sure my surrounding plants and pool were safe and covered. They got they job done in a timely manner, did a great job cleaning up, and the roof looks great! I am very happy with the experience and would recommend Terry and his crew for your next roof replacement!

  tried to get a few other companies to come take a look at our roof. they would either not show or not send us a repair quote. I called Alex in the Austin market and he was very responsive and professional. he took the time to discuss issues and repairs. He made it real easy making and negotiating a claim with our insurance company (state farm) we had a few issues with rotten facia that delayed completion. But Alex was very responsive and communicated schedules and repair details of the sub contractors. Alex is a stand up professional person who represents this company well. I highly recommend using them.

  Joey is a great guy, professional and friendly. He went thru the whole process and made it smoother for me. He explained everything well and helped working with insurance company. I definitely recommend Xperience Roofing!
