  Wyatt Roofing refuses to pay Axium Solar for the balance due for work completed. Wyatt Roofing procured Axium Solar to perform a solar array removal and reinstallation in June, 2017. A signed/executed contract was signed and 50% payment was submitted for the first half of the job. Axium Solar completed the reinstallation, but Wyatt Roofing refuses to pay the balance due of $4,185.71 saying that the homeowner never paid them for the roof work. Homeowner said they paid Wyatt Roofing, but this should be a non-issue since the executed contract was between Wyatt Roofing and Axium Solar. Several attempts to call and email have been ignored. This is an unscrupulous way to practice business. We'd like to rectify this issue, but it will require Wyatt Roofing to communicate with Axium Solar.
