  I ordered a fireplace insert online, only to discover when it arrived that it was 3 inches too tall for the masonry opening. It was going to cost more than $100 to ship it back. I took it to Wright Brothers and let Ken take a look. I left it with him and 4 hours later he had it ready, looking as if it had just arrived from the factory and exactly the size I needed for a perfect fit. On top of that, it cost me way less than the return shipping would have cost me. These guys have awesome skills and deliver superlative customer service! Texarkana is lucky to have them.

  Dear BROS., Thanks for having your presence on the World.Wide.Webb. I miss you guys and gals. I hope our paths criss-cross again. To future customers: FIVE STARS. Why? I am partial of family businesses. This is where I got my start. My Pops, not Bobby Wright but the ONE & only Mr. Robert Lyndol Wright, Partner, showing and telling me a safety lesson (I was a young adult---between ages 4-6) thru the shop. I was fascinated with the panelling and rotary dialing office phones too. The equipment had red, clear, and white line buttons. Fast forward. Years later we r at META INC. I was reminded in my late 20's how to climb a ladder and get on the rooftop. Dad went ahead first thna I. I practiced trimming and folding metal: "Unforgettable" (Mr. Nat King Cole and also by his daughter, Miss Natalie Cole). As little toy he was behind me as he still is today. I pull for him and WRIGHT BROS., INC. Family connections---WRIGHT brothers instill lifesaving and stress quality, precision, and communication to satisfy their customers and work crews.
